How this works going forward

No retainer, no minimum

$200 per hour, for time we spend together. No package to buy, no block of hours to use or lose, no subscription. If we do not meet, you are not billed.

Invoices go out after a session, never before, so you always know exactly what you are paying for. Nothing is running in the background right now and nothing renews.

Worth saying plainly given where you are. Your role went to half time and you are building a coaching practice, so a bill that arrives on its own every month is the last thing you need. That is not how this works and it will not become how it works without you asking for it.
