In order, with the reason each sits where it does. Nothing here is urgent, and every phase is small enough to stop after.
Everything else gets better after this. It is the whole of phase one.
Read the last 15 emails I sent from Gmail. Do not read anything I received, only what I wrote. Learn how I actually write: sentence length, how I open, how I close, how formal I am with principals versus with DPS. Then update 20-My-AI/voice.md and show me what you changed.Needs Gmail connected, prompt 6. Happy to do that part with you instead.
Gmail, Calendar and Drive. You rated searching old email a 7 and pulling data for a decision an 8. Same problem, one fix.
One sitting, done together rather than by instructions. Connecting things is where "too hard" usually happens.
You rated the data-privacy worry an 8. Nothing here moves your data. It reads what you have, where it is.
What you said you would pay to never think about again. "Calendaring, with alignment to goals and then outcomes and communication after. How do I streamline all that."
Three things wearing one coat, solved in order. What is on the calendar, whether it matches what you said mattered, and the follow-up after. The third is where the time goes, and your voice profile is what makes it easy.
Your role is now half time and you are looking at executive coaching for school and non-profit leaders. Nothing in your setup points there yet.
A coaching practice is mostly what this is good at. Who you talked to and when, notes that survive between sessions, follow-ups in your voice, a record you can look across at quarter end. A folder and a habit, not a different system.
Phase four because it is worth doing properly rather than early. If it becomes urgent, say so and it moves to the front.
| Thing | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Apple Notes | Thoughts captured on your phone land in the vault. You rated this a 7 |
| Obsidian CLI | Faster and more accurate answers about how things connect |
| Principal evaluations | You already use AI for these. Doing it here means it remembers last cycle |
| Your wife on the personal side | You flagged this as a maybe. Easy to add, easy to leave |
Each is one conversation, not a project. Skipping any costs you nothing.
Your dealbreaker, your words. "If I start the process and get overwhelmed or it gets too scary, then I don't want to keep learning and using it."
When that feeling shows up, type this:
Just tell me the one next thing.Real instruction. And there is nothing here you should already know. Nobody does.
