The one page to keep open this week. Everything else can wait.
| Say this | What happens |
|---|---|
| anything at all, just talk | It gets filed in the right place and comes back when it matters. Most of what you say is a capture, not a command |
/capture or "remember that…" | Drops a thought, a person or a loop into the vault on purpose |
/prep Sarah (any name) | Builds you a brief before the call, from your history plus the web |
/draft a note to {person} about {thing} | Written in your voice. It never sends |
/wrap | Saves and backs everything up. Say this when you are done for the day |
| Say this | What happens |
|---|---|
/help | The full list of what works right now, and what is not wired yet, in plain language |
| "what can you do in this vault?" | Same thing, conversational. Ask this any time you forget |
/learn or "from now on, {preference}" | It remembers, permanently. You never give the same feedback twice |
| "what's open?" | Everything you owe and everything you are owed |
| "pull the action items out of that meeting" | Every commitment anyone made, including the ones that are not yours |
| "how do I know this person?" | Walks the graph and tells you the actual history |
/start | Moves setup forward one step. Use it when you want the next thing turned on |
/sync-gh | Saves your work and syncs the backup, by hand |
| Folder | Use it for |
|---|---|
00-Inbox/ | Drop anything here. Documents, PDFs, exports, half-finished thoughts. Then say "process my inbox" |
05-Workbench/ | Work in progress. Allowed to sit there unfinished. Nobody is judging it |
60-Private/ | Anything confidential. Personnel, evaluations, things told to you in confidence. Never leaves this Mac |
Drag 00-Inbox/ into your Finder sidebar. Then dropping a document into your AI system is the same gesture as dropping it anywhere else, and it becomes a habit instead of a task.
It never sends anything to anyone. It drafts, you send. Every time, no exceptions.
It never tells you something it cannot show you the source for. If it does not know, it says so. In your job a confident wrong answer costs more than a missing one.
It never deletes. Things move to 900-Bin/ and stay there.
Just say so. The correction sticks, so you should never have to give the same feedback twice.
Say "just tell me the one next thing." That is a real instruction and it will listen. You do not have to know what you are doing, and you are not behind.
