Copy one, paste it into Codex. Do one at a time. Stacked easiest first.
The work you did in Codex projects and in ChatGPT is not lost. It just lives outside the vault. Bring it in one project at a time, starting with the one you will pick up again soonest.
Open a chat in that project. Click the + under the chat box, choose Files and folders, and add your My AI folder. Then paste this:
I did this work in this project, but it belongs in my vault, the My AI folder I just added. Bring it in. Read this chat and the files in this project. In the vault, create one project note in 80-Projects/ that says what the project is, who is involved, what we decided, and where it ended up. Save each finished document as its own Markdown note next to it. Wikilink every person and organization. Copy files, never move or delete the originals. Leave out anything about a student or a minor. When you are done, list what you created and where. Two steps, because Codex cannot see inside ChatGPT. First, in ChatGPT, open the project and paste this:
Write a handoff document for this whole project so I can move it into another system. Include what the project is for, who is involved, what we decided, what is still open, and the final version of everything we made, in full and word for word, not summarized. Use Markdown.Copy what it writes. Then open a new chat in Frank's Vault and paste this, with the handoff underneath:
Below is a handoff from a ChatGPT project. File it in my vault. Create one project note in 80-Projects/ with what the project is, who is involved, what we decided and what is still open. Save each finished document as its own Markdown note next to it. Wikilink every person and organization. Leave out anything about a student or a minor. Tell me what you created and where. If the ChatGPT project has files you uploaded, download them and drop them in 00-Inbox/. Prompt 4 files them.
The elder care planning you did this month is a good first one. Next time you or a friend needs it, it will be there.
Start here. It answers "what am I supposed to know" without you having to know it. Ask it again any week you forget.
This is the highest-value five minutes in the list. Everything it drafts for you afterward gets better. Needs Gmail connected, which is prompt 6.
Do this with one meeting first, not your whole history. Once you trust the output, the same sentence works on anything.
You rated "turning a meeting into follow-ups" and "tracking who owes you what" a 5 out of 10 each. This is that.
Drop PDFs, Word docs, Google Docs exports, whatever. This is how your existing context gets into the system. Nothing is ever deleted for you.
Make a Finder shortcut to 00-Inbox/ first. Drag the folder into your Finder sidebar. Then this becomes a habit instead of a task.
The system is only interesting at volume. Two transcripts tell you nothing. Fifty start telling you that you have raised the same concern in four separate conversations and never acted on it.
The "one at a time, do not give me all three at once" part is deliberate. Keep it in the prompt.
This is the one you described on the survey: "Calendaring, with alignment to goals and then outcomes and communication after." Needs prompt 6 done first, and Apple Notes may need a hand from Andy.
Done on 25 September. You installed it with Andy and turned it on in Obsidian settings. Nothing more to do here.
The coaching exercise. Pick it back up where you left it. It is one of the chats you already had open.
The executive coaching practice. When you are ready, say "help me set up a project for my coaching practice" and it will build the folder, the prospect list and the offer doc with you.
If any of this starts feeling like homework, stop and type:
Just tell me the one next thing. It will listen. Slow and used beats fast and abandoned.
